Our office provides sworn translations through the production of the relative oath report received, pursuant to art. 5 of the R.D. 9 October 1922, n. 1366, from the Chancellor of the judicial office, at the court;
Our translators are registered in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Court, and in the role of experties of the Chamber of Commerce.
For translations that can be used abroad, usually in case of documents written in Italian and translated into another language, it is necessary to legalize at first the signature of the Register Office or Notary at the Court, then proceeding to a second legalization at the diplomatic representation or consular foreign for the State of destination and accredited in Italy.

APOSTILLE SERVICE (Hague Convention of October 5, 1961)
The Apostille service includes not only the translation, but also the legalization of the document to be presented abroad, to institutions or authorities. Our oath service is addressed only to civil status records to be transcribed in Italian Municipalities.
Our translator will be received directly by the registrar, pursuant to art. 22 of the D.P.R. November 3, 2000, n. 396.
